Atlas Festival 2026 Opening Hours:

Section 1
1.1. Every visitor to the Atlas Festival 2026 territory and the Blockbuster Mall zone agrees to these festival rules by purchasing a ticket.
1.2. Anyone who does not comply with these festival rules may be denied entry to the Atlas Festival 2026 territory and the Blockbuster Mall zone or may be removed from the festival territory without a refund of the ticket price.
1.3. The festival venue is 36 Stepana Bandery Avenue, Kyiv, Ukraine.
Section 2
2.1. At the entrance, it is necessary to show a ticket/pass for the festival. After scanning the barcode, a special wristband is issued, which grants the right to limited multiple entry and exit (up to three times inclusive per festival day) from the festival territory. The wristband is valid only if it was issued to you at the entrance to the festival territory, is activated, and is not damaged. Spoiled and damaged wristbands are not subject to exchange. The control wristband is the only document confirming the right to stay on the territory. Each visitor has the right to re-enter the territory no more than 3 (threes) times during one day. Transferring the wristband to third parties is prohibited and annuls the right to entry without a refund of the ticket price.
2.2. Every visitor to the Atlas Festival 2026 territory and the Blockbuster Mall zone undertakes not to remove the wristband independently. In case of independent removal of the wristband or its accidental damage, festival representatives have the right to ask you to leave the territory without a refund of the entry ticket price.
2.3. Payments at the festival (bars, merch, food courts, hookah zone, etc.) will take place exclusively in cashless form using bank cards/Google Pay, etc.
2.4. You can enter the festival daily starting from 14:30.
2.5. There are no age restrictions for attending the festival. Attendance at the festival by minors is regulated by the legislation of Ukraine.
2.7. The Organizer has the right to verify the identity of festival visitors at the entrance to the territory. Identity documents include: passport, driver's license, or birth certificate in paper form or in the Diia application.
2.8. Owners of named tickets (invitations) must provide an identity document in paper form or in the Diia application to receive wristbands. Otherwise, the ticket will be canceled.
2.9. Purchasing a ticket means your automatic consent to all types of photo and video filming of your person during the festival and the public use of these materials by the organizers without obtaining additional consent from you.
Section 3
3.1. The following visitors are not allowed on the territory of Atlas Festival 2026 and the Blockbuster Mall zone:
• in a state of alcoholic, toxic, narcotic, or other types of intoxication;
• suspected of using or distributing narcotic, toxic, psychotropic, or other types of substances that affect the physical or mental state;
• who consume alcoholic beverages near the entrance to the Blockbuster Mall territory, the Atlas Festival 2026 territory, and the Blockbuster Mall zone;
• who behave aggressively toward other guests and/or festival staff;
• suspected of committing illegal acts toward other festival visitors, staff, or festival property, as well as Blockbuster Mall property;
• who create discomfort for other visitors (at the discretion of security);
• who refuse to be inspected by the festival security service;
• who have violated or refuse to comply with these General Terms and Conditions;
• who have violated the rules of conduct in public places, as well as the current legislation of Ukraine.
Section 4
4.1. Access control to the territory of Atlas Festival 2026 and the Blockbuster Mall zone is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
4.2. It is forbidden to bring onto the territory of Atlas Festival 2026 and the Blockbuster Mall zone:
• food and drinks. The exception is baby food and water for infants;
• professional/semi-professional photo and video cameras (without accreditation). Exceptions are phones (smartphones), action cameras, and compact "point-and-shoot" cameras. The concept of professional/semi-professional photo and video cameras includes devices from any manufacturers that have interchangeable lenses or an optical zoom of more than 10 times inclusive;
• weapons, piercing and cutting objects, gas canisters;
• glass containers;
• explosive and flammable substances, pyrotechnics, aerosols;
• radio transmitters;
• deodorants and perfumes;
• alcohol, narcotic, toxic, and psychotropic substances;
• any other objects that may pose a threat to festival visitors (umbrellas, tripods, large steadicams, laser pointers, etc.). Security service employees decide which of them pose a threat to other visitors, participants, and organizers of the festival;
• selfie sticks;
• banners containing discriminatory and/or provocative texts or expressions that may lead to conflict situations and injuries;
• any flying, aeronautical, vertical-lifting devices and mechanisms, including but not limited to: quadcopters, balloons, Chinese lanterns, kites, etc.;
• any symbolism (flags, badges, clothing) associated with the aggressor state, terrorist organizations, or that promotes war and interethnic enmity.
4.4. It is allowed to bring to Atlas Festival 2026 and the Blockbuster Mall zone:
• medium-sized dogs of non-aggressive breeds, provided there is a leash, a muzzle, and on the condition of cleaning up excrement after your animal. In case of non-compliance/ignoring the requirements of this point, festival employees have the right to demand that the dog owner leave the festival territory/remove the owner with the dog from the territory;
• compact photo cameras (action cameras and "point-and-shoot" cameras);
• mats for resting.
Section 5
5.1. It is categorically forbidden:
• to relieve physiological needs in public places outside of specially equipped facilities (toilets);
• to litter the territory with cigarette butts, packaging materials, and other household waste outside of specially installed bins and containers;
• to create hazardous situations or cause harm to oneself and others;
• to ride bicycles, Segways, skateboards, and roller skates to avoid traumatic situations;
• to use narcotic, toxic, psychotropic, or other types of substances at the festival;
• to cause damage to the property of Blockbuster Mall and the festival organizers;
• to cut down trees, break branches, walk on flower beds, climb on tents, fences, buildings, stages, decorations, and other structures;
• to take property of the festival organizers, as well as property of Blockbuster Mall, outside the territory;
• to enter and stay in administrative premises, including entering the backstage area of stages;
• to photograph artists with a flash;
• to throw any objects toward the stage and artists; to block entrances and exits;
• to wear masks that completely cover the face, preventing identification;
• to light fires on the festival territory;
• to sell food and drinks without special permission from the Organizer;
• to violate in any way the rules of conduct in public places, including the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine;
• it is forbidden to bring umbrellas. In case of non-compliance with the rules, security reserves the right to refuse admission to the festival.
Section 6
6.1. The Organizer may change the date or the program of the festival. In such a case, the ticket remains valid but does not provide grounds for its return or exchange.
6.2. The Organizer is not responsible: for injuries and accidents related to the violation of these General Terms and Conditions; for things left unattended; for cars parked in the Blockbuster Mall parking lot and near the territory.
Section 7
7.1. A 3-day festival pass grants the right to visit the Atlas Festival 2026 territory and the Blockbuster Mall zone from 14:30 on July 17 to 21:30 on July 19, 2026, according to the festival's operating hours.
7.2. It is forbidden to resell passes and tickets for the festival.
Section 8
8.1. Ticket for Atlas Festival 2026:
Passes for all festival days and tickets can be purchased on the festival website and from ticket operators. Tickets and passes will also be available for purchase at the festival entrance, if available.
Lost tickets and wristbands are not subject to refund or exchange.
Section 9
9.1. It is completely forbidden to distribute promotional products on the festival territory or near it without the Organizer's permission. Regarding advertising integrations at the festival, you can contact this e-mail – partners@atlasweekend.com
Section 10
10.1. Privileged categories provided with free entry or a discount on the ticket:
• children up to 7 years old inclusive (must have a birth certificate and be accompanied by an adult with a ticket. Parents can also use the child's birth certificate displayed in the Diia application) – free entry;
• persons with disabilities of groups I and II, group III for hearing, members of UTOG – free entry (must have the necessary documents confirming the disability group);
• the companion of a person with a disability of group I and II — free entry. Entry only together with the person with a disability of group I and II.
Section 11
11.1. The Organizer has the right to cancel or postpone Atlas Festival 2026 in case of force majeure circumstances. Force majeure circumstances include, but are not limited to: terrorist attacks, unfavorable weather, strikes, fires, wars, government intervention, pandemics, artist illnesses.
11.2. Refund of funds for tickets is carried out only in case of event cancellation and only the nominal value of the ticket is compensated.
11.3. Refund of funds for tickets is carried out on the basis of a written application for a refund from the relevant individual who purchased the ticket, exclusively in cases provided for by the provisions of these Rules or in the case of an announcement by the Organizer about the beginning of the acceptance of such refund applications.
11.4. A written application for a refund with all necessary documents attached (certified copy of the individual's passport, original ticket, receipt, or other proper confirmation of ticket payment) is properly provided to the Festival Organizer at the address 37-41 Sichovykh Striltsiv Street, Kyiv, 04053. In the refund application, the individual must, among other things, specify the person from whom the ticket was purchased, the date of ticket purchase, and the individual's bank details for the refund.
11.5. If you want to keep a ticket purchased for the 2020/2022 festival, it is automatically valid for the Victory Festival. Also, this ticket can be exchanged for Atlas Festival 2026.
Ticket exchange mechanism:
1. The buyer fills out the exchange form at the link: https://atlasobmin.com. It is necessary to indicate the same data that were indicated when purchasing the ticket. 1 old ticket can be exchanged for 1 new Atlas Festival 2026 and you can choose the category that was on your old ticket.
2. Processing of applications takes several days.
3. We send tickets for Atlas Festival 2026 to the e-mail specified in the application. After the exchange, the old tickets will be considered invalid. If you did not receive a letter after filling out the application, duplicate your request to refund@atlasweekend.com.
Tickets purchased last year for the Victory Festival remain valid for the first international Atlas Festival, which will take place after the end of the war. They are not subject to exchange, as the festival is planned for the future, and 100% of the proceeds from the sale of these tickets were donated to charity.
Section 12
12.1. Any individual, by purchasing a ticket and/or by the fact of visiting the territory of Atlas Festival 2026 and the Blockbuster Mall zone, provides the Organizer and its partners with their Consent to conduct photo and video filming of them (and/or their wards – children, minors, etc., who visited the festival) for the projects of the Organizer and its partners, which will be carried out as part of the festival on the territory of Blockbuster Mall, 36 Stepana Bandery Ave, Kyiv city, Ukraine, from 17.07.2026 to 19.07.2026 (inclusive), for the purpose of creating photographs and audiovisual works.
12.2. The Organizer and its partners are allowed to use the photographs and/or audiovisual works obtained as a result of photo and video filming, containing images of individuals-visitors to the festival territory and the camping zone, without a time limit from the day of the respective photo and video filming on the territory of all countries of the world in any form and in any way, including but not limited to the following ways: using photographs and/or audiovisual works to create advertising and/or informational materials in support of any projects of the Customer and/or its partners, including such obtained photographs and/or audiovisual works in other works (including photobooks, documentary and/or feature films, programs (including television programs), advertising, sponsorship and/or announcement clips, festival after-movie clips, etc.), publishing photographs and/or audiovisual works on any material carriers; making photographs and/or audiovisual works public, i.e., publicly announcing them, demonstrating and publicly showing them to an indefinite circle of persons, re-releasing them in the specified way; reproducing photographs and/or audiovisual works without limiting the circulation; copying photographs and/or audiovisual works; making photographs and/or audiovisual works available to the public in such a way that its representatives can access the photographs and/or audiovisual works from any place and at any time of their own choice; posting photographs and/or audiovisual works on the Internet; using photographs and/or audiovisual works for the purpose of advertising and popularizing any projects of the Organizer/or its partners, including goods and services of the Organizer/or its partners.
12.3. An individual, by purchasing a ticket and/or actually visiting the territory of the festival or the camping zone, guarantees to the Organizer and its partners that the use of photographs and audiovisual works containing their image (and/or the image of their wards – children, minors, etc., who visited the festival) on the above conditions will not violate any of their rights, including personal non-property rights, and will not revoke the permission granted according to these provisions.
Section 13
13.1. The Organizer has the right to change and supplement these festival rules at any time at its own discretion.
Section 14
Confidentiality and personal data:
14.1. The information provided by an individual when registering on the website https://atlasfestival.com/ (hereinafter - the Website) and/or purchasing tickets (placing an order) on the Website is confidential. The Organizer uses information about such an individual-buyer for the purpose of fulfilling their order and for other purposes defined by these Rules.
14.2. By purchasing a ticket or filling out the registration form on the Website, the individual voluntarily gives consent to the Organizer for the collection and processing of their personal data for the following purposes: the data provided by the individual during registration on the Website or purchasing a ticket on the Website will be used for processing ticket orders, receiving information about the order, sending advertising and special offers, information about promotions, sweepstakes, or any other information about the Festival, the activities of the Organizer and its partners via telecommunications (e-mail, mobile communication), and for other commercial purposes. For the purposes provided for by this point, the Organizer has the right to send letters, messages, and materials to the postal address, e-mail of the individual-buyer, as well as send SMS messages, make calls to the number specified in the registration form, if necessary for the fulfillment of the individual's order. The Organizer has the right to record telephone calls with the individual-buyer for the purpose of improving the quality of service for the latter, to which the individual gives their unconditional consent.
14.3. In case of unwillingness to receive the mailing about promotions, new products, etc., the individual has the right to refuse it by sending a letter to the Organizer at info@atlasweekend.com and/or by checking the appropriate box in the personal account.
14.4. The individual-buyer grants the Organizer the right to process their personal data, including: placing personal data in the Organizer's databases (without additional notice), carrying out lifelong data storage, their accumulation, updating, modification (if necessary). The Organizer undertakes to ensure the protection of data from unauthorized access by third parties, not to distribute or transfer data to any third party, except for the transfer of data to related persons, commercial partners, persons authorized by the Organizer to carry out direct data processing for the specified purposes, as well as upon the mandatory request of a competent state body. The Organizer guarantees that personal data will be stored and processed in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine and the conditions set forth in these Rules.
14.5. The Organizer is not responsible for the content and accuracy of the information provided by the individual when registering on the Website or purchasing a ticket (placing an order). The individual is responsible for the accuracy of the information specified during registration on the Website and placement of the order, agrees and independently bears all risks and adverse consequences associated with the inaccuracy of such information.
14.6. An individual visiting the Website gives consent to the Organizer's use of cookie technology. Cookie files do not contain personal information and cannot in any way read the information on the hard drive of the individual visiting the Website. Cookie files are used to improve the quality of provided services, including: for rapid identification of an individual; saving their settings, their personal preferences, tracking the status of the access session and trends characteristic of it. The Organizer also uses cookie files for advertising purposes, including for managing advertisements on websites on the Internet. In case of disabling cookie technology by an individual while visiting the Website, the Organizer does not guarantee the full functionality of the Website or some of its services.
Section 15
15.1. The performance schedule of artists at the festival has a buffer of additional time in case of air raids. However, in case of prolonged alerts, the performance time of artists will be reduced so that all scheduled artists have the opportunity to perform.
15.2. In case of an "Air Raid" signal, the festival is suspended. All visitors are obliged to immediately leave the event territory and proceed to the nearest shelter. The Organizer provides information about the location of the nearest shelters through the notification system and information stands. The Organizer is not responsible for the safety of persons who ignore the evacuation requirement.
