Rules
When buying a ticket, you agree with the rules of the Atlas Weekend festival.

Article 1.
1.1. Each visitor, when buying a ticket and entering the Atlas Weekend territory and camping site, agrees with these rules set by event promoters.
1.2. Anyone who does not comply with these rules may be denied entry to the territory of the Atlas Weekend and camping site or may be withdrawn from the festival ground/camping site.
1.3. Address of the venue: VDNG, 1 Akademika Hlushkova Avenue, Kyiv, Ukraine.
Article 2.
2.1. At the entrance you must show a festival pass. After scanning the barcode, you will be given a special wristband that gives you the right to a limited multiple entry and exit (up to three times a day) to the festival territory. The wristband is valid only if it is given to you at the entrance of the event venue, when it is activated and is not damaged. Damaged and torn wristband can never be exchanged. A mandatory requirement for entry and exit is to apply the access wristband to the control terminal.
2.2. The visitors of the Atlas Weekend Festival venue and the camping site are prohibited to remove their wristbands themselves. In the case of unauthorised removal of a wristband or its accidental damage, the festival stuff is authorized to ask you to leave the territory, without returning the cost of the entrance ticket.
2.3. Payments at the festival venue (bars, merch, food courts, hookah-zone, etc.) are conducted exceptionally in a non-cash way using bank cards/Google Pat etc. Terminals can be used to replenish any bank card issued on Ukrainian territory.
2.4. You can get to the festival every day from 14:00.
2.5. There are no age restrictions for attending the festival area. Visiting of the festival by people under 18 years is regulated in accordance with the Legislation of Ukraine. The law forbids children under 18 from 22:00 to 6:00 to visit entertainment and catering establishments if they are not accompanied by at least one of the parents or other legal representative.
2.6. In the case of the exchange of tickets to the festival in advance these wristbands` owners have a possibility to enter the festival without waiting in a line.
2.7. The organizer has the right to verify festival visitors identity at the entrance with the following documents: hard copies of passport, driver's license or birth certificate or e-documents in Diia App.
2.8. To receive a bracelet, holders of personalizedw tickets (invitations) should provide the identity verification documents hard copies or in Diia App. Otherwise, the ticket will be canceled.
2.9. Ticket purchasing means your automatic agreement to all kinds of photo and video filming of your person and the public use of these materials by the Promoter without obtaining additional agreement from you.
Article 3
3.1. Access to the Exhibition Center (VDNG), festival ground and/or camping site is prohibited or refused to people who:
- are under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other stimulant;
- suspected of using or distribution of narcotic, toxic, psychotropic or other types of substances that affect the physical or psychological state;
- consuming alcoholic beverages near the entrance to the territory of Exhibition Center (VDNG), festival area and/or camping site;
- demonstrating aggressive behavior toward other guests and / or festival staff;
- suspected of committing unlawful acts against other visitors of the festival, staff or property of the festival, as well as property of the Exhibition Center (VDNG);
- create discomfort to other visitors (at the security discretion);
- resist the control and non-systematic search by the festival's security guards and security services;
- violate or refuse to comply with these General Terms and Conditions;
- violate the rules of behavior in public places, as well as the current legislation of Ukraine.
Article 4
4.1. Access control of to the territory of the festival Atlas Weekend and camping site is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
4.2. It is prohibited to bring the following objects or items to the Atlas Weekend venue:
- food or drinks purchased outside the venue (exception is baby food and water for babies);
- professional and semi-professional photo and video cameras (without an accreditation). Exceptions are phones (smartphones), action and p&s cameras. Devices of any manufacturer with replaceable lenses or optical zoom more than 10 times inclusive are considered as professional/semi-professional photo and video cameras;
- weapons, stabbing and cutting objects, gas cylinders;
- glass containers;
- explosive and flammable substances, pyrotechnics, aerosol sprays;
- portable radios;
- deodorants and perfumes;
- alcohol, narcotic, toxic and psychotropic substances;
- selfie sticks;
- any other items (umbrellas, tripods, large steadicams, laser pointers, etc.), considered dangerous by the security services to other ticket holders, participants and promoters of the festival;
- banners that contain discriminatory and / or provocative texts or slogans that can provoke conflict situations and injuries;
- any flying, aeronautical, vertical lifting devices and mechanisms, including, quadcopters, balloons, Chinese lanterns, kites and so on.
4.3. It is prohibited to bring the following objects or items on the campsite territory:
- weapons, stabbing and cutting objects, gas cylinders;
- glass containers;
- explosive and flammable substances, pyrotechnics, aerosol sprays;
- deodorants and perfumes (allowed max size 100 ml);
- alcohol, narcotic, toxic and psychotropic substances;
- any other items (umbrellas, tripods, laser pointers, etc.), considered dangerous by the security services to other ticket holders, participants and promoters of the festival;
- any flying, aeronautical, vertical lifting devices and mechanisms, including, quadcopters, balloons, Chinese lanterns, kites and so on.
4.4. It is allowed to bring to Atlas Weekend venue:
- medium-sized dogs of non-aggressive breeds, with leash and muzzle on. It is important for the dog`s owners to remove dogs` faeces from the territory. You will be taken out of the territory if the festival staff notices an ignorance of this point;
- compact cameras (action and p&s);
- bedding for rest;
- It is allowed to bring to the campsite territory:all mentioned in article 4.4
- food and drinks which are not in glass containers, but strictly through the separate entrance gate to the campsite area (from Teremky metro station side).
Article 5
5.1. It is strongly forbidden to:
- ease oneself anywhere but at designated places;
- throw cigarette butts and other garbage on the festival ground;
- cause traumatic situations or harm yourself and others;
- ride bicycles, segways, skateboards and rollers in order to avoid traumatic situations, except for places specially allotted for this purpose;
- use at the Festival ground the narcotic, toxic, psychotropic or other kinds of substances;
- damage the property of Exhibition Center (VDNG) and the property of the festival promoters;
- break twigs, misuse branches, walk on flower beds, fountains, etc.;
- bathe in fountains;
- climb the tents, fences, scenes, scenery and other constructions;
- take away the property of the promoters of the festival, as well as the property of Exhibition Center (VDNG) outside the territory;
- enter and stay at any technical and service rooms as well as backstages;
- takes photos of artists with a flash;
- throw any subjects in front of stage and artists;
- block entrance and exit doors;
- wear masks that completely cover the face, which prevent identification of the person;
- light campfires on the territory of the festival;
- sell food and drinks without the special permission of the Promoters;
- violate the rules of behavior in public places, as well as the current legislation of Ukraine.
Article 6
6.1. The Promoter may change the date or the program of the Festival. In this case, the ticket remains valid, but does not give any reason for its return or exchange.
6.2. The Promoter is not responsible for: injuries and accidents related to the violation of these General Terms and Conditions; things left unattended; vehicles parked in the Exhibition Center parking lot and near the campsite.
Article 7
7.1. The 5-day pass entitles you to visit the Atlas Weekend venue from 14:00 July 6 to 02:00 on July 11, 2021, according to the Festival`s schedule.
7.2. The pass to the camping site entitles you to visit the camping site according to its schedule.
7.3. It is forbidden to resell passes and tickets for the festival.
Article 8
8.1. The 5-Day Pass (6.07-10.07) to Atlas Weekend festival:
5-Day Pass as well as other ticket types can be purchased only from the following ticket operators: Ticketsbox, Kasa.in.ua, Festicket.com, on atlasweekend.com, at the Atlas club ticket office. Also you can buy passes and tickets at the festival entrance, if they will be available. If you have an electronic ticket, it is recommended to print it to avoid delays at the entrance (your electronic device may be discharged, screen brightness may be insufficient for scanning, etc.); Lost tickets and wristbands cannot be returned or exchanged.
8.2. Camping site pass:
Campsite pass is valid only with a festival ticket at hand (either a camping pass or a ticket for a certain day). If you have an electronic ticket, it is desirable to print it in order to avoid delays at the entrance (your electronic device may go dead, the brightness of the screen may be insufficient for scanning, etc.). Lost tickets and wristbands cannot be returned or exchanged; The camping area is open from July 5, 2022 to July 11, 2022. Entrance to the camping site is only possible for those who wear a special wristband. Registration in the camping takes place only from the side of the campsite (entrance from the Teremky metro station). Owners of camping zone passes can enter the festival site without any limits within the festival day; Camping is available from 12:00 on July 5 until 15:00 on July 11. No exceptions will be made.
Article 9
9.1. It is completely forbidden to distribute the advertising products on the territory of the festival or near it without the permission of the Promoter. With regard to advertising integration at the festival, you can apply to this email — partners@atlasweekend.com.
Article 10
Entrance fee isn’t applicable for the following guests categories:
- children under 12 y.o.. They should be accompanied by an adult with a ticket, birth certificate’s hard copy or Diia app document to be provided.
- adults after 66 y.o.. They should confirm their age by any hard copy document or Diia App.
- people with disabilities of I & II groups, ІІІ hearing group, members УТОГ: free entry. For an escort of a person with disability of 1st group, entry is also free;
- children with disabilities up to 16 years with one parent - free admission (with a document);
- Children with disabilities from 16 to 18 years - free entrance accompanied by one of the parents with a ticket (with a document);
- children of victims in ATO — free entrance (with a document);
- people who have become disabled due to war — free entrance;
- people with "Family member deceased soldier in ATO" document — a 50% discount on the entrance.
- with a document of participant in war — a 50% discount at the festival entrance.
Article 11
11.1. The Promoter has the right to cancel or postpone Atlas Weekend event in case of force majeure. Force majeure circumstances include, but are not limited with: terrorist attacks, severe weather conditions, strikes, fires, wars, state interference, pandemics, illnesses of artists.
11.2. Funds return is made only in case of event cancellation and only the nominal value of the ticket is compensated. Commission/service fee is not refundable.
11.3. Refunds for tickets are made on the basis of a written application for the refund of the funds of the relevant individual who purchased the ticket, only in cases provided by the provisions of these Rules or in case the Organizer announces the acceptance of such refund applications.
11.4. A written application for a refund with the addition of all necessary documents (a certified copy of an individual’s passport, original ticket, receipt or other appropriate confirmation of payment for the ticket) is duly provided to the Festival Organizer at the box office of Atlas Club at Kyiv, 04053, 37- 41 Sichovykh Striltsiv street. In the application for a refund filled by an individual, among other things, must be indicated: the name of the person/company from whom the ticket was purchased, the date of purchase of the ticket, the bank details of the individual for refund.
11.5. Acceptance of declaration for refund by the Organizer will be from 1 August till 31 August 2021. Refunds will be from 1 October till 31 December 2021.
11.6. Tickets purchased for the 2020 and 2021 festivals can be exchanged on the website for a ticket for the Atlas Weekend Friends Edition 2021. Details on the website at the link - https://atlasweekend.com/en/exchange2021
11.7. If you want to leave a ticket purchased for the 2020/2021 festival, it is automatically valid for Atlas Weekend 2022. This ticket can be redeemed at the entrance and will give the owner access to the festival grounds in 2022.
A one-day ticket is valid for the same day of the week next year. I.e

Article 12
12.1. Any individual, by purchasing a ticket and / or by fact of visiting the territory of the Atlas Weekend or the camping zone of the festival, gives the Organizer and its partners, automatic agreement to conduct all kinds of photo and video filming of his/hers person (and / or his / her wards - minors, minors and others who visited the festival) which will be carried out within the framework of the festival on the territory of the VDNG, 1 Akademika Glushkov Ave., Kyiv, Ukraine, from 07/05/2022 to 07/10/2022 (inclusive) and gives permission to public use of these materials by the Organizer and its partners without obtaining additional agreement.
12.2. The Organizer and his partners are allowed to use the corresponding photos and / or audiovisual works obtained as a result of photo and video filming, containing images of individuals visiting the festival territory and the campsite, without limiting the date and territory of usage in any form and by any means, including, but not limited to, in the following ways: use photographs and / or audiovisual works to create advertisement and / or information materials in support of any projects of the Organizer and / or its partners, include such photographs and / or audiovisual works in other works (including photo books, documentaries and / or fiction, films, radio programs (including television), advertising, sponsorship and / or advertising of commercials, films after festival videos, etc.), publication of photos and / or audiovisual works in any media; publish photos and / or audiovisual works, publicly them in public, demonstrate and show in public to an indefinite number of persons, re-publish in the indicated manner; reproduce photos and / or audiovisual works without limitation of circulation; copy photos and / or audiovisual works; submit photographs and / or audiovisual works to the general public in such a way that their representatives can access photographs and / or audiovisual works from any place and at any time of their choice; post photos and / or audiovisual works on the Internet; use photographs and / or audiovisual works for the purpose of advertising and popularizing any projects of the Organizer / or its partners, including the goods and services of the Organizer / or its partners.
12.3. By purchasing a ticket and / or actually visiting the territory of the festival or the campsite, an individual guarantees the Organizer and his partners that the use of photos and audiovisual works containing hers/ his image (and / or an image of his charges - minors, minors, etc. persons who attended the festival) on the above conditions will not violate any of his/hers rights, including personal non-property rights and will not revoke the permission granted in accordance with these provisions.
Article 13
13.1. The Promoter has the right to modify and supplement Atlas Weekend festival rules at any time at their discretion.
Article 14
Confidentiality and personal data
14.1. The information provided by an individual when registering at atlasweekend.com (hereinafter referred as the Website) and/or purchasing tickets (ordering) on the Website is confidential. The Organizer uses information on such individual buyer in order to fulfill his order and other purposes specified in the Rules.
14.2. Upon purchasing a ticket or filling out a registration form on the Website, an individual voluntarily consents to the Organizer to collect and process their personal data for the following purpose: data provided by an individual during registration on the Website or purchase of a ticket on the Website will be used to process purchase orders, tickets, receiving information on the order, sending by telecommunication means (e-mail, mobile communication) advertising and special offers, information on promotions, raffles or any other information on the Festival, the activities of the Organizer and its partners, other commercial purposes.
For the purposes provided for in this section, the Organizer has the right to send letters, messages and materials to the postal address, e-mail of the individual buyer, as well as send SMS-messages, make calls to the number specified in the registration form, if necessary to fulfill the order of individual. The organizer has the right to record telephone calls with an individual buyer in order to improve the quality of service of the latter, to which the individual gives his unconditional consent.
14.3. In case of unwillingness to receive a newsletter on promotions, new products, etc., the individual has the right to refuse it by sending a letter to the Organizer to the address info@atlasweekend.com and/or putting a mark in the personal account.
14.4. The individual buyer gives the right to the Organizer to process his personal data, including: to place personal data in the databases of the Organizer (without additional notice), to carry out lifelong data storage, their accumulation, update, change (if necessary). The Organizer undertakes to ensure data protection against unauthorized access of third parties, not to disseminate or transfer data to any third party, except for data transfer to related parties, commercial partners, persons authorized by the Organizer to directly process data for these purposes, and also at the obligatory request of the competent state body.
The Organizer guarantees that personal data will be stored and processed in accordance with the requirements of current legislation of Ukraine and the conditions set out in the Rules.
14.5. The Organizer is not responsible for the content and accuracy of information provided by an individual when registering on the Website or purchasing a ticket (ordering). The individual is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration on the Website and ordering, agrees and independently bears all risks and disadvantages associated with the inaccuracy of such information.
14.6. The individual visiting the Website agrees to the use of cookie technology by the Organizer. Cookies do not contain personal information and cannot in any way read the hard disk information of an individual visitor to the Website. Cookies are used to improve the quality of provided services, including: quick identification of an individual; saving their settings, personal preferences, tracking the status of the access session and its trends. The Organizer also uses cookies for advertising purposes, including to manage ads on websites on the Internet. In case of disabling cookie technology by an individual during a visit to the Website, the Organizer does not guarantee the full functionality of the Website or some of its services.
8.2. Camping site pass:
11.2. Funds return is made only in case of event cancellation and only the nominal value of the ticket is compensated. Commission/service fee is not refundable.

11.7. If you want to leave a ticket purchased for the 2020/2021 festival, it is automatically valid for Atlas Weekend 2022. This ticket can be redeemed at the entrance and will give the owner access to the festival grounds in 2022.

Article 12
12.1. Any individual, by purchasing a ticket and / or by fact of visiting the territory of the Atlas Weekend or the camping zone of the festival, gives the Organizer and its partners, automatic agreement to conduct all kinds of photo and video filming of his/hers person (and / or his / her wards - minors, minors and others who visited the festival) which will be carried out within the framework of the festival on the territory of the VDNG, 1 Akademika Glushkov Ave., Kyiv, Ukraine, from 07/05/2022 to 07/10/2022 (inclusive) and gives permission to public use of these materials by the Organizer and its partners without obtaining additional agreement.
12.2. The Organizer and his partners are allowed to use the corresponding photos and / or audiovisual works obtained as a result of photo and video filming, containing images of individuals visiting the festival territory and the campsite, without limiting the date and territory of usage in any form and by any means, including, but not limited to, in the following ways: use photographs and / or audiovisual works to create advertisement and / or information materials in support of any projects of the Organizer and / or its partners, include such photographs and / or audiovisual works in other works (including photo books, documentaries and / or fiction, films, radio programs (including television), advertising, sponsorship and / or advertising of commercials, films after festival videos, etc.), publication of photos and / or audiovisual works in any media; publish photos and / or audiovisual works, publicly them in public, demonstrate and show in public to an indefinite number of persons, re-publish in the indicated manner; reproduce photos and / or audiovisual works without limitation of circulation; copy photos and / or audiovisual works; submit photographs and / or audiovisual works to the general public in such a way that their representatives can access photographs and / or audiovisual works from any place and at any time of their choice; post photos and / or audiovisual works on the Internet; use photographs and / or audiovisual works for the purpose of advertising and popularizing any projects of the Organizer / or its partners, including the goods and services of the Organizer / or its partners.
12.3. By purchasing a ticket and / or actually visiting the territory of the festival or the campsite, an individual guarantees the Organizer and his partners that the use of photos and audiovisual works containing hers/ his image (and / or an image of his charges - minors, minors, etc. persons who attended the festival) on the above conditions will not violate any of his/hers rights, including personal non-property rights and will not revoke the permission granted in accordance with these provisions.
14.1. The information provided by an individual when registering at atlasweekend.com (hereinafter referred as the Website) and/or purchasing tickets (ordering) on the Website is confidential. 14.6. The individual visiting the Website agrees to the use of cookie technology by the Organizer. Cookies do not contain personal information and cannot in any way read the hard disk information of an individual visitor to the Website.
