Shelters

The festival takes place at BLOCKBUSTER MALL, which houses Ukraine's largest SES-certified (State Emergency Service) shelter, spanning over 50,000 square meters.

We strongly urge you not to ignore air raid alerts and to proceed to the shelter immediately when signaled.

Medical Assistance

To ensure your safety, ambulances and fully equipped medical stations will be available on-site throughout Atlas Festival 2026. Their locations will be marked on the festival map; we recommend locating them in advance.

The festival staff is trained in basic first aid. Should you need help, please contact any team member or the nearest security guard, who will assist you in reaching a medical station if necessary.

Lost & Found

If you lose any personal belongings at Atlas Festival, please send a detailed description of the item to: info@atlasweekend.com

Security and order at Atlas Festival 2026 are maintained by our professional security team. Please feel free to reach out to them if you need assistance.

We ask all guests to carry valid ID documents or copies of them at all times to avoid any potential inconveniences.
