Marian Pyrih and Yelyzaveta Pyrozhok are a musical and poetic project from Kharkiv. Through their work, the duo invites listeners to rediscover and cherish the poetry of their homeland, with a special focus on poets and poetesses of the Soviet occupation period. By intertwining music and verse, they remind audiences of the importance of cultural memory, resistance, and preserving the voices that endured under oppressive regimes. Their project is both an artistic exploration and a powerful act of remembrance, carrying forward the spirit of Ukrainian resilience through poetry and song.
